About Freedom Growth Do you ever feel like your long-term financial growth is confined by the parameters of your every day. So my wife and I gave up our successful marketing careers and faithfully leaped into real estate investing and formed CoeMingle. There was so much to learn and everybody had a program, book or system they were eager to sell. Ultimately we learned through the school of hard knocks three very important lessons:

What we disagree with is the passive, herd-like behavior most exhibit when deciding what mutual fund belongs in their retirement accounts. We also disagree with the concept of diversification preached by Wall Street and implemented by most investors. Having your retirement invested in multiple mutual funds and stocks is NOT diversification when everything is market based! True diversification is achieved when your retirement is spread across different investment classes that includes the stock market, commodities, precious metals, private equity and of course our favorite...REAL ESTATE! We understand the time constraints that most in America face.
