The Best Self-directed IRA Investments
We are self-directed IRA specialists and also licensed real estate brokers, attorneys and investors. But it’s important to understand that we are NOT offering or selling a specific real estate investment. Nor do we “hold” any self-directed IRA funds. We help our clients make smart, profitable decisions by identifying the best self-directed IRA real estate investments, examining them and simplifying them so they're easy to digest.
Freedom Growth offers two main services to our clients. The first is helping each client understand the range of self-directed retirement products that are available for them. Whether you are self-employed or work for a huge corporation, there are multiple self-directed account options. Legally, we can't recommend what type of self-directed account is best for you, but we do identify which types are possible, streamlining the conversation with your financial professional.
Once an account is created and funded, our attention turns to the investment selection process. This is where we truly bring value to our clients. We’ve spent countless hours reviewing an abundance of proposals and hearing numerous pitches. Each investment opportunity has been meticulously scrutinized ensuring the best self-directed IRA real estate investments are made available to our clients. Here are a few “teeth” to the fine tooth comb we run through each opportunity:

Time in Business: How long has the company been in business? How much collective experience does their key management team have?

Past Performances: What types of returns has the opportunity generated? Is it documented?

Future Claims: What is the expected return? Is the data that supports the expectations valid?

Integrity: What type of reputation does the company have? Their key personnel? What do their current clients think about them?

Legality: Is the company properly licensed for their business model? Are there current or previous lawsuits against the company?

Cash Flow: How does investor capital flow in and out of the company? When can investors expect their capital and profits?

Self-directed Capable: Does the company understand self-directed investing? Are they willing to work with a self-directed custodian?
Successful real estate investing is best approached as a marathon, not a sprint....especially in the self-directed arena. Retirement investing is, by its nature, a long-term proposition. That’s why we are such advocates for real estate in a retirement portfolio. Most of the investments we recommend are passive, or can be managed passively, to allow for long-term, compounded growth without any day-to-day hassles. We feature investments that are built for the long haul and will deliver consistent returns over time. Is there risk? Of course... there is risk with every investment opportunity. But we’ll make sure every client understands where the peaks and valleys lie so they can make informed investment decisions.
Please know we aren’t selling a system, nor will we try to up sell you our program/book/audio tapes/coaching. As a matter of fact, the vast majority of our clients never pay us a dime for all of our efforts. Freedom Growth offers education and experience to help our clients invest their retirement savings in a tax-deferred, diversified way through real estate, not a never-ending list of options and add-ons. Our primary goal is to build a trusted, long-term relationship with each client by successfully building their retirement portfolio. Any opportunity that doesn’t help us accomplish this goal is dismissed.
