CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Freedom Growth is a California-based company that helps individuals diversify their retirement savings with real estate through self-directed IRAs. Freedom Growth educates individuals and small business owners who are unsatisfied with the returns they’re getting in their IRAs and 401(k)s and provides them with alternative investment options utilizing real estate. We provide guidance and education on the process of asset conversion into a wide range of self-directed accounts, present a range of real estate investments that are personalized for each investor and report regularly on the progress of each investment that clients make through us. If actual property is secured, we have established strategic alliances with key partners for every step in property procurement, renovation, management and ultimately liquidation. Our ability to manage all facets of a real estate investment allows our clients to invest confidently and passively, knowing that companies who are experts in their respective fields are handling their investment with the utmost professionalism.

MARKET TRENDS
To date, the market trend for retirement planning has been to purchase from a selection of mutual funds offered by retirement account custodians.  Consumers are now questioning the current model with the economy topping the headlines and they’re willing to become more active advocates of their own retirement accounts.

MARKET GROWTH
In the first half of 2008, retirement portfolios were making modest gains through traditional investment methods, stocks and mutual funds.  However in Q3, the market took the largest dive since the Great Depression.  This has been a wake-up call for investors who now realize that status-quo is no longer acceptable.  They are now aware that they need to become more actively involved with how their money is invested.  Most however do not have the answers and are leery of financial planners trying to keep them invested as usual or even increasing their holdings in the stock market. With this unsettling of investors, self-directed IRAs and diversified options such as real estate investments are prime for growth.

DAVID COE

Founder/Partner
David began his professional career in marketing and advertising helping brands such as Lexus, Infiniti, Boost Mobile, Rubio’s and Air New Zealand attain their desired level of success. Along the way, his passion for real estate blossomed as a home owner, home renovator and investor. For the last three years, he’s thrown himself full time into real estate and now helps clients attain their desired level of wealth through traditional and self-directed IRA real estate investing.
 
Years of teeth cutting in corporate marketing client service has honed David into a communications specialist. Technology has produced so many ways to communicate these days and David has a mastery and passion for all of them. But the most important, and difficult, form of communication still remains the one-on-one conversation. David will listen and understand your situation and deliver quality advice every step of the way.
 
David and his wife have pledged to live their lives to the fullest and enjoy all of the interests that make them well-rounded humans. They have two amazing boys that they love spending time with as they develop their passions. David enjoys traveling the world and experiencing its many cultures. If not cooking in the kitchen, you can find him on the mountain, near the ocean or experiencing life. But mostly you’ll find him around Southern California building Freedom Growth into a successful, passionate venture!

MIKE RITTER

Partner/Real Estate Attorney & Broker
Mike started off his career in Southern California where he worked with the Federal Communications Commission office for over nine years.  With his knowledge of the cell phone industry, he branched off and launched Ritter Radio where he worked as a spectrum broker helping clients such as Nextel and other large telecommunications companies which helped him gain extensive experience in transaction law.

With his legal background in telecommunications brokering and law, Mike is also an expert in business and corporate law which is instrumental in his role as a licensed real estate broker handling transactions, contracts and disputes.

Mike is married and recently had a new baby and lives in Carlsbad, CA. He is active in his church and community. For balance, he enjoys golf, travel, and reading. Mike’s passion is to help others to live more comfortably and enjoy life.
